The Aviation Safety Alliance is a not-for-profit advocacy organization dedicated to enhancing public understanding of the high safety standards and strong safety record of the commercial and general aviation industry. Founded in 1998, the Alliance is a resource for journalists, policy makers and the public at large. The Alliance is led by a Board of Directors, including major airline and supplier chief executives, as well as highly respected public representatives.
Using a combination of website updates, media education seminars and legislative briefings, the Alliance continues its mission of education with the support of its members, including airlines, key manufacturers, repair & maintenance crews for aircraft electrical systems, plumbing systems, ventilation systems and suppliers, and associations.
